Owner's Dashboard (MIS Pack)

A dashboard is only useful if something changes after someone looks at it. We build the KPI set, the exception list beneath it, and the review rhythm that turns both into decisions.

About this service

Most reporting projects stop at the chart. The owner gets a number, cannot see what sits behind it, and the meeting becomes a discussion rather than a decision. Visibility only pays when it reaches the transaction that needs action.

We define a small, honest KPI set—cash, collections, margin, service level, accuracy, ageing—each with a definition everyone agrees to and a source everyone trusts. Under every KPI sits an exception list: the specific invoices, orders, SKUs or accounts that are driving the number the wrong way.

Then we install the rhythm. A weekly operating review and a monthly business review, each with a standing agenda, a named owner per exception, and a closure log so the same issue does not reappear unresolved next month.

Signs this is your first move

  • Decisions depend on somebody's Excel file and a round of phone calls
  • Reviews end with discussion rather than owners and dates
  • Two departments quote different numbers for the same metric
  • Nobody can see whether last month's actions were actually closed

Outcomes you should expect

One version of the number

Definitions and sources are agreed, so reviews start from facts.

Reviews that close items

Every exception carries an owner and a date, tracked to closure.
